This Cobra Gunship was added to the memorial site on August 27,1994. Although it is in a low hovering position here at Heck Park, this 2 man craft - pilot and gunner, was normally flying a little higher in support of ground troops or supporting the Huey gunships on their many missions over South Vietnam. Dwarf elephant grass and an extra wide sidewalk were recently added around the Cobra.
