On the landscape hill on the Northeast end of the park flies the POW/MIA "Chained Eagle". This eagle is an eight foot wide, chainsaw carving created and donated by a Vietnam veteran. This symbolic eagle will fly here in its restrained status until all Veterans listed as POW/MIA or their remains return home.
